Chat is where everything comes together. Start a new conversation and send a message directly to a model — no setup required for a plain conversation. See Chat.
Add a toolkit
In the Participants panel, add a toolkit (for example GitHub or Jira) so the conversation can act on an external service. Create the toolkit and its credential right from the chat editor. See Toolkits and Credentials.
Create an agent
Add an Agent participant and use its inline editor to write instructions, pick a model, and attach the toolkit you just created. See Agents.
Test it
Mention the agent with
#in the chat input, activate it, and send a message. Iterate on the instructions until the responses look right.Build a pipeline when you need multiple steps
Once a task needs more than one agent or a decision point, move it into a pipeline.
